We make sure that your perfect dellicia dress gets to you as quickly as possible. Each product undergoes careful quality control before shipment, carefully packed in rustling paper and a branded box, so that unpacking will bring you maximum pleasure.

Refund
We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If the delliciia dress does not fit you, you can easily exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt.
The terms of return and exchange of goods on our website fully comply with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on consumer protection.
Mandatory conditions for a refund or exchange:
A refund or an exchange of an item for another model/size is possible only if the product's presentation is fully preserved. Please make sure that:
  • There are no signs of use: The product must be absolutely clean, without traces of cosmetics (foundation, lipstick) and deodorant.
  • No unpleasant odors: The product must be free of foreign odors (perfume, tobacco smoke, etc.).
  • The tags are preserved: The original factory tag and labels must not be cut off.
Receipt:
A fiscal or electronic receipt confirming the purchase on our website must be attached to the refund.

Return shipping:
In case of a return or exchange of goods of proper quality, the return shipping is paid by the buyer.
You can choose any courier service that is convenient for you to send the parcel back to our production.
